3.1 Bookings for sensory play sessions, workshops, or events must be made 2 weeks in advance.

3.2 A non-refundable deposit of $75 is required to secure bookings.

3.3 Cancellations must be made at least 7 days prior to the event to qualify for rescheduling or a credit.

3.4 We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule events due to unforeseen circumstances, with notice provided to attendees.

4. Health and Safety

4.1 Texture Tots Sensory Play LLC is not liable for injuries or accidents that occur during sensory activities or when using our products if guidelines are not followed.

4.2 Any allergies, medical conditions, or special requirements must be disclosed before participation in sensory sessions.

4.3 Participants must follow all safety instructions provided by our team during workshops or events.

5. Payments and Refunds

5.1 Payments must be made in full before receiving products or attending events.

5.2 All sales are final; refunds are not offered. However, store credit or exchanges may be provided at our discretion for defective products.

5.3 No refunds will be provided for missed sessions or events, but rescheduling may be possible with prior notice.

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 All content, designs, and materials provided by Texture Tots Sensory Play LLC remain our intellectual property and may not be reproduced without permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

7.1 Texture Tots Sensory Play LLC is not responsible for any damages, losses, or injuries resulting from misuse of products or participation in sensory activities.
